Part-Time Bookkeeper

Job Description:
- Part-time (20 hours/week) bookkeeping activities including preparing the following activities:
- Accounts Receivables (inputting, statements, reports, etc.)
- Accounts Payable (inputting, statements, reports, etc.)
- Bank reconciliations
- Creating monthly profit/loss statements and additional reports as required
- Additional accounting activities as needed
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision
- Must be detail-oriented and have good organization skills
- Analytical, problem-solving skills a must
- Some other light administration duties (including light filing and customer service) required on a minimal, as-needed basis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years previous bookkeeping/accounting experience and/or relevant education required
- Familiar with and have experienced working in accounting software (preferably Quickbooks Pro)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
Full-time Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
- Full-time position from 7am to 2pm. Duties include:
- Acting as the communication liaison between office and external staff
- Dispatch duties (some translation required as needed)
- Providing assistance to customers on the phone
- Scheduling upcoming work orders
- Customer follow-up and problem solving
- Problem-solving schedule conflicts and coordinating schedule modifications as needed
- Great communication skills when dealing with both customers and staff a must
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision
- Must have good organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Some other marketing activities required on a minimal, as-needed basis
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with perfect spoken English and the ability to read/write English. Ability to read/write Spanish a plus.
- Previous experience working in an administrative and/or customer service position and/or relevant education preferred but we will train the right person
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel with a willingness to learn additional software applications as needed

House & Construction Cleaners
Full time positions are available for both residential and construction cleaning (new home builds and janitorial cleaning) areas. For residential cleaning positions, you are welcome to use your own vehicle but it is not a requirement. Job Description and Requirements:
- Cleaning private homes, offices/stores or new builds (houses)
- Staff will work in supervised team of 2-3 and must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be detail-oriented
- May be required to lift up to 50lbs on an as needed basis
- Must be able to read maps and follow directions accurately
- Some Saturdays required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Bravo Clean office each day
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Ability to communicate in English is desirable
- Must be bondable and have a clean criminal record
- A verifiable employment record and at least three (3) verifiable, non-family related references (e.g. professional references only) is required
- Team leaders must speak, read and write English comfortably
Standing Ovation Team Member (Team Leader)
Job Description:
- Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) an asset: Team leaders must speak, read and write English comfortably
- Must be able to read maps and follow directions accurately
Minimum Requirements: Applicants must have at least 4 verifiable personal references and a verifiable work history. Applicants must be bondable. Employees must have transportation to our office or other designated starting point each morning as well as a way home each night. Employees must have either a telephone in their home or a cellular phone. Applicants must be able to work as scheduled, 5-6 days per week. Applicants must have presentable appearance and will be doing hard manual labor.
Shift/hours: Varies, The usual starting time is 7 a.m. Shifts normally end between 3 and 5 p.m., but can go later. Some Saturdays required
